Panel discussions with inspiring topics, networking opportunities, concerts and an open stage for European bands, as well as the EBMA General Members' Assembly, including important perspectives on the future of Bluegrass in Europe.

In terms of organization, EBMA has done its utmost to keep the entrance fee as low as possible (€75) including the Saturday lunch buffet and 4 coffee breaks).

Two concerts organized and managed by Čapek Instruments (Southern Legacy and John Reischman & The Jaybirds) are also offered for €50 if you attend the summit (€58 otherwise).

12:00 pm: REGISTRATION OPENS
2:00 - 5:30 pm: CONFERENCE DAY 1
- KICK-OFF INTRODUCTION AND WELCOMING REMARKS
  from the EBMA Chairman and IBMA executive director.
- ROUND TABLE: COLLECTIVE VISIONS AND EXPECTATIONS FOR THE SUMMIT AND THE EUROPEAN BLUEGRASS COMMUNITY

- PANEL 1: NAVIGATING THE EUROPEAN BLUEGRASS SCENE
Our panelists will take questions and discuss their own perspectives on getting gigs, organizing travel, promoting their work, and more.

6:00 - 11:00 pm: EUROPEAN BLUEGRASS OPEN MIC
Event curated and hosted by the EBMA and CzBMA featuring the first European Kids on Bluegrass band with artists from Sweden, France, and the Czech Republic, and other acts representing 9 countries.
The hotel bar will be open for food and drink during the performances.

11:00 pm: OPEN MIC WRAP UP AND JAMMING
30 mn coffee breaks will be planned into each half day to allow for personal networking and discussion.

SATURDAY, MARCH 1rst, 2025

Constituency meeting and feedback session.
Whether you're an artist, band manager, teacher, event, organiser, booking agent, or Bluegrass enthusiast at large, there is a constituency meet-up for you!

PANEL 2 EUROPEAN APPROACHES TO BLUEGRASS
Panelists will discuss how European artists are bringing new influences into Bluegrass, using their own musical heritage, personal inspiration, and creativity.

LUNCH
A buffet lunch will be served in the hotel restaurant to all registered attendees.

EBMA GENERAL MEMBERSHIP ASSEMBLY
This meeting is open to all, however, only EBMA members may vote on motions. We encourage all conference delegates to attend the AGM, and to join the EBMA for free.

OPEN SPACE
This meeting is an opportunity for delegates to discuss subjects of their own choosing, and is also a space to facilitate wider discussion about topics not originally scheduled on the agenda.

Further concerts are scheduled for the weekend on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Tickets bought through conference registration are only valid for the Saturday 8.00 PM show. All concerts are hosted by ČAPEK INSTRUMENTS. Line-up, prices, seat and concerts details are set and managed by them.
